Caffe Bene is a nice, spacious Korean cafe. I went here on a Sunday to get some work done, there were a few outlets and reliable wifi. The chairs can be uncomfortable but some have cushions. I love how there are a lot of seating. I ordered a "red velvet" tiramisu waffle but it was underwhelming for its price and portion (almost $14). It was disappointing too that it was actually not red velvet. Iced coffee was pretty regular and reasonably priced. I would definitely try another drink and food next time I come. I hope I don't get disappointed again. Parking is free, which is behind the building! This is a huge plus because in the the Ktown area this is rare. The ahjumma barista might come as rude, which might be a turn off if customer service matters to you... just warning haha
Chill place with pretty good drinks and food. We got the misugaru latte both cold and hot. I prefer the cold one because I like cold drinks and it also tastes less sweet. But my friend who likes hot drinks brought the rest home and added some water which turned out well. We also got the cream cheese strawberry waffle, rainbow unicorn crepe cake, and portobello sandwich. The sandwich was actually pretty good and a good source of vegetables. The desserts were not bad but a bit too sweet for me.
First thing, there's parking, a lot in the back. We didn't have to pay but I'm not sure if that's all the time or because they were closing in 20 min. We walked in and the first thing the lady asked was if it was for her or to go. We said for here and she said "we close in 20 min. So not for here" that was fine. This cafe feels like the perfect place to study. The crepes we tried were all delicious. I had the hot London fog tea and it was great. Would come again at an earlier time so we could enjoy it all. If you're BTS ARMY this place is adorable! so many different pictures of the guys. I hear that for their birthdays they have cup sleeve events.
Love caffe bene. They have wide variety of food & drinks and they're all pretty good. They're also a nice place to hang out with friends or by yourself. The place is big w/ lots of seats. My aunts like to get the bingsoo. They're big and delicious with ice cream on top. We usually come here for desserts and so far their cakes & waffles are always delicious. Coffee is pretty good too. Sucks the one in Buena Park closed down. That location was closer.
Always wanted to come here for years! Happy I happened to be a block away today and had the excuse to try this place. The other reviews are fairly accurate. There are no prices on the menu. Ordered red bean shaved ice and mango mojito. I really liked the mango mojito, especially because it had a puree(?) or actually mango in it. The red bean shaved ice was ok, pretty standard. I would come back if I needed to study for a longer period of time, due to the nice ambiance.
